Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Generate Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point; you will receive a notification once your return has been processed and your refund issued.
